  • Returns accepted for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • No returns or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
