We want you to be happy with your purchase! Because our products are custom 3D printed, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
- Returns accepted for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- No returns or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
